Refund and Returns Policy

Upon registering as a Seller or Buyer, you are bound by the terms and processes indicate in the Refund and Returns Policy of Zetteck.

 

Our services pertains to electronic files, website development, and other services relating to websites which are termed as electronically designed by Developers and electronically purchased by you the Buyer.

 

Since the products are electronically based they cannot be returned logically. Hence, Return is not eligible.

 

When negotiating an electronic website or other services sale agreement, it is your duty as a Seller to hold yourself accountable for the exact description of the product ordered, and it is the duty of the Buyer to check and test the electronic website and services provided by the Seller to your utmost satisfaction.

 

Our refund policy is applicable but the circumstances that would trigger a refund has to be viably reasonable, for example, if the Seller failed to send specific files or the services are null and void, among other reasons that points towards undelivery of services purchased. Our Refund Policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

 

Returns are not accepted due to items being electronic files and downloadable software products.

 

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Services provided are not working to your requirements.
  • Services provided are corrupted.
  • Electronic files, downloadable software are not working (proof needed).
  • The services, websites have issues beyond repair and as such has been communicated or reported to the Seller or Zetteck within 10 days.

 

Once we have inspected your proof of errors of services provided, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

 

Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Seller’s Responsibility

Seller must replace services if the Buyer so desires instead of refund.

 

Delivery

Delivery are all through electronic and software file sharing and management.

 

Zetteck and its management have full dicretion to amend, delete, change, add and revise the Refund and Returns Policy as it see fit for a smooth functioning of the platform and its services.
